The location was great! Three tube stations nearby and walking distance to many attractions. the room was spotless and had a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making us feel welcomed and comfortable.
The lack of flexibility for a late checkout was disappointing, especially at a high rate. the bathroom layout was inconvenient, with toilets downstairs and bathrooms upstairs causing long waits and unclean conditions.
